Eligibility Criteria:
CTC Offered: 7.3* LPA
*The total CTC will consist of Fixed Pay + Variable Pay for FY 22-23 at level 3 which is 33% of your Fixed pay. Your eligibility towards Variable Pay will be based on the performance of UTI AMC Ltd., your individual performance over the financial year and based on the variable pay policy as amended from time to time.
Post completion of 1 year, the CTC shall increase to 8Lacs if the employee completes certain certification courses.
